Ingredients
- a handful Ice cubes
- 1 banana roughly chopped
- 360ml low fat milk
- 1tbsp honey
- 1 small handful of baby spinach leaves
- 250g EasiYo Low Fat Greek Style yogurt
- 1tsp chia seeds
Top tip!
Try with a few mint leaves to add a hint of freshness. – Soak the chia seeds in 1 tbsp of water to release their healthy goodness.
Method

In a blender layer a few ice cubes, baby spinach leaves, banana, yogurt and milk. Whizz until blended then add chia seeds and honey.
