Our simple air fryer Yorkshire puddings recipe is perfect for completing your roast dinner. With our handy guide, you can make a full Christmas dinner in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- A pinch salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Method

To make an air fryer Yorkshire pudding combine the ingredients in a bowl & whisk until smooth consistency then leave to rest.

Grease the muffin liners or Lakeland pudding basin & add a little oil to the bottom, add to the air fryer to heat up the oil then open & pour in the batter.

Cook for 12 minutes (flipping after 10 minutes) at 200 °C. The result is golden, fluffy Yorkshire puddings that are sure to impress family.
