Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk 
  • 1/2 cup flour 
  • 2 eggs 
  • A pinch salt 
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil 

Method

  1. To make an air fryer Yorkshire pudding combine the ingredients in a bowl & whisk until smooth consistency then leave to rest.
  2. Grease the muffin liners or Lakeland pudding basin & add a little oil to the bottom, add to the air fryer to heat up the oil then open & pour in the batter.
  3. Cook for 12 minutes (flipping after 10 minutes) at 200 °C. The result is golden, fluffy Yorkshire puddings that are sure to impress family.
