Air Fryer Herb Roast Potatoes
- Preparation Time : 40 minutes
- Cook Time : 25 minutes
- Serves : 8
- Difficulty level : Easy
- Type : Side Dish
Ingredients
- 1.5kg potatoes
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp Lakeland herb sea salt
Method
-
Peel & chop the potatoes in to large chunks. Place in a large pan & par boil for 7 minutes on the hob (if you don’t want to par boil, then leave to soak in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove the starch from the potatoes).
-
Drain the potatoes thoroughly in a colander (the dryer your potatoes, the crisper they will be at the end).
-
Preheat your air fryer if needed. Put the potatoes back in the pan and add 2 tbsp oil and 1 tsp Lakeland herb sea salt. Add the potatoes to your air fryer basket – you might need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Make sure you don't over crowd the basket. Cook for 25 minutes at 200°C and shake half way though. If you want them even crispier, you can cook them for a little longer, just check them every few minutes.
