Parchment Paper

There’s nothing worse than baking a beautiful sponge, only for it to stick to the bottom of the tin. That's why high-quality parchment paper is a must-have for any home baker. Whether you’re lining your favourite cake tins or grabbing a sturdy baking paper roll to cover your trays while roasting vegetables for Sunday dinner, our range guarantees a clean release every single time.

From classic greaseproof paper for wrapping sandwiches to convenient, pre-cut loaf tin liners that save you the effort of cutting to size, we've got your prep covered. Say goodbye to scrubbing burnt-on bits from your pots and pans and enjoy effortless baking with these reliable non-stick essentials.

What is parchment paper?

Parchment paper is a clever kitchen staple that’s been treated with a super-thin layer of silicone, giving it a non-stick finish. This means you can bake everything from sticky cookies to gooey brownies without worrying about them welding themselves to the tray. It saves you from scrubbing trays afterwards, too.

To save you even more time, we offer handy pre-cut options, like our cake tin liners in circle and square shapes, that drop right into your tins without any cutting needed. Once your bakes are golden, they'll slide right out and onto your cooling racks with zero fuss.

Is parchment paper the same as baking paper?

The short answer is, yes. There are two different names for the exact same non-stick kitchen lifesaver. Whether it says baking paper or parchment paper on the box, both are silicone-coated and heat-resistant, making them perfect for lining roasting trays or wrapping fish parcels before cooking. We even stock specially designed air fryer liners made from the same great material to keep your golden gadget spotless.

Is greaseproof paper the same as parchment paper?

While greaseproof paper is great at stopping fats from seeping through — making it ideal for wrapping up cheese, sandwiches, or your homemade bread — it doesn't have that magical non-stick silicone coating. If you try to bake a sponge on it, you might find yourself scraping the paper off the bottom.

For messy baking or sticky doughs, always stick to parchment paper. However, if you're just looking for tips on how to keep food fresher for longer or wrapping a packed lunch, standard greaseproof is your best bet.
