Whisky Cocktails Trio

Ingredients

Whisky Mac

  • Dash whisky bitters 
  • 1 strip orange zest 
  • 25ml whisky 
  • 25ml ginger liqueur 
  • ice 
  • strip lemon zest 

Whisky Sour

  • 50ml whisky 
  • 25ml fresh lemon juice 
  • 2 tsp vanilla syrup 
  • egg white 
  • 2 dashes whisky bitters 
  • crushed ice 

Hot Toddy

  • 1 tsp honey 
  • 25mk whisky 
  • cloves 
  • 200ml hot cider 
  • cinnamon stick 
  • slice of lemon 

Method

  1. Whisky Mac - Place all the ingredients except the lemon zest into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake to mix.
  2. Strain into a whisky tumbler over ice, garnish with lemon zest and serve
  3. Whisky Sour - Shake the whisky, lemon juice, vanilla syrup, egg white and bitters together in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice.
  4. Strain into a tumbler filled with crushed ice and serve.
  5. Hot Toddy - Mix the honey, whisky, cloves and cider together in a heatproof glass. Add the cinnamon and lemon.
