Sage and Onion Butter

Ingredients

  • 250g Softened butter 
  • 4 tbsp Dried sage and onion stuffing mix 

Method

  1. Place the stuffing mix into a pestle and mortar and grind down to a powder.
  2. Add to the butter and mix well.
  3. Place the flavoured butter onto cling film, roll into a cracker shape, twist the ends and freeze.
  4. When cooking your turkey, soften the butter. Rub half over the bird before roasting.
  5. Melt the remaining butter gently in a pan and brush over the turkey before serving.
