Funfetti Sprinkle Pancakes

Ingredients
- 200g self-raising flour
- 25g sugar
- 2tsp golden syrup
- 1 egg
- 250ml milk
- 100g sprinkles
Method
- Measure the flour, sugar and golden syrup into the batter dispenser or a lidded jar then add the egg and milk. Shake vigorously for a few minutes until you have a smooth batter. Alternatively, place the flour, sugar and syrup in a large jug, add the egg and then gradually add the milk, whisking constantly to create a smooth batter.
- Mix in your sprinkles of choice, we used the Get Baked Rainbow Sprinkles
- Place your Classic Aluminium 24cm Induction Crepe Pan with a little oil or butter in on the hob on a high heat
- Ladel small amounts of batter mix onto the griddle in 4cm circles, leaving a 1cm gap between each. Turn the pancakes over when the surface is completely covered with bubbles and cook the other side for about a minute.
- Serve with whipped cream and even more sprinkles
