Roasted Tinned Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 560g or 2 tins potatoes 
  • spring rosemary 
  • strip thyme 
  • A dash vegetable oil 
  • garlic cloves 
  • A pinch salt 
  • A pinch pepper 

Method

  1. Pre heat the oven to 220 degrees
  2. Put the oil in a baking tray and pre heat the oil. Having the oil at its hottest is the key!
  3. While the oven is heating, drain and pat dry the potatoes
  4. Put the potatoes, rosemary, thyme and garlic in the tray to cook for 45 minutes. Take them out halfway through and give them a good shake!
