Air Fryer Orange & Honey Roasted Carrots

Ingredients
- 500g carrots, cut lengthways
- 250ml fresh orange juice
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp clear honey
- A pinch salt and pepper, for seasoning
Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C
- Peel and cut your carrots, then leave to soak in the orange juice for at least an hour to marinate in the fridge. Then drain off the juice & leave to one side.
- Melt the butter & honey together in a bowl in the microwave then pour over the marinated carrots, add the seasoning of salt, and black pepper and mix well then Place the coated carrots in the air fryer basket & cook for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- When the carrots are cooked, they should be fork tender and slightly browned. Remove the carrots from your air fryer basket and serve.
