Air Fryer Christmas Cookie

Ingredients
- 200g softened butter
- 150g brown sugar
- 50g granulated sugar
- 1tbsp mulling syrup
- 1/2tbsp golden syrup
- 300g self raising flour
- 1tsp mixed spice
- 25g steamed ginger
- 75g dark chocolate chips
Method
- Beat the butter, sugar and syrups together until soft and creamy
- Mix in the flour, spices, mulling syrup and add the chocolate chips and ginger pieces
- Divide the mixture into pieces and roll into balls using your hands
- Place well apart on a piece of grease proof
- Bake in your air fryer at 160 for about 8 - 10 minutes depending in size of your balls or until a pale golden colour
- Leave to cool in your air fryer for a few minutes to firm up and then remove from air fryer and finish cooling on a wire rack
