Perfect for making birthday cakes, fruit cakes or tiered celebration cakes in combination with other sizes in the range, whatever you bake in this premium quality tin will be evenly cooked, with no burnt bits, and release quickly and easily for cooling.

Quality

Made from 1mm thick heavy-duty carbon steel – thicker than most you can buy – it has two layers of Quantum 2 professional non-stick, and is oven safe up to 240°C. And because there are no rolled edges where water can get trapped and cause rust damage, it can go straight in the dishwasher for easy clean-up.

Performance

Offering excellent heat distribution, all your bakes will be evenly cooked through, and with useful fill lines on the inside, you’ll know exactly when to stop pouring your mixture in for a perfect tin-filling rise. Generously sized handles with sure-grip silicone inserts make getting the tin in and out of the oven easy and, for space-saving storage, it’s designed to stack neatly with the other round cake tins in the range.

No rolled edges

The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of our bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust – making them completely dishwasher safe.
