"Swiss roll tin."
I’ve not yet made a Swiss roll but have used for a savoury pastry tart which slipped off easily onto a board for cutting. Husband used it to carry the meat to the bbq. Going to be a useful piece of equipment.

Lakeland Swiss Roll Tin
Product number: 70169
For Swiss roll success, you need a tin as good as this one. Exceptionally non-stick, so it’s easy to remove your delicate sponge ready for rolling, it can also be used as a baking tray.
Quality
Our premium quality tin is made from 1mm thick carbon steel. Oven safe up to 240°C, it has no rolled or coated edges so can go in the dishwasher for easy cleaning.
Performance
There’s no need to worry about your Swiss roll sticking – this tin has been given two layers of professional grade Quantum 2 non-stick so when it comes to releasing your sponge, you can be confident of success. The generously sized handles with sure-grip silicone inserts make getting it in and out of the oven a doddle, and it can also be used as an ordinary baking tray for all your other baking endeavours.
No rolled edges
The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of ouo bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust – making them completely dishwasher safe.
About the Lakeland Ovenware Range
Whatever you’re cooking or baking, you’ll find the right tin for the task in our Lakeland Ovenware range. Made from heavy-duty carbon steel with a Quantum 2 professional non-stick coating, they give a firm foundation to help your recipes turn out brilliantly. They’re dishwasher safe, durable and reliable, but it’s the extra little details we’ve added that sets them apart from the rest.
It’s practical improvements, like handy fill lines, making same-shaped pieces stack and adding pouring noses to our roasters, that makes our range outshine most others. We’ve also given our tins’ exteriors a lovely pearlescent finish so they look really special too. Because why shouldn’t your ovenware look as good as your roasts and bakes do?

Easy cleaned. Easy handled and keeps looking new
Swiss roll tin perfect for making a festive Yule log this Christmas. The tin is sturdy and non stick. Would definitely recommend.
...this tin warps with quite a clang in the oven when it gets hot!
Study but lightweight tin Just the right size for a perfect roll.
