Our baking sheet will come in handy for all sorts: cookies, pizza, scones and meringue – and everything will glide off easily from this exceptionally non-stick sheet.
Quality
Thicker than many baking sheets you can buy, this one is made from 1mm thick carbon steel and has two layers of Quantum 2 professional non-stick to ensure easy release and clean-up. And because there are no rolled or uncoated edges where water can get trapped, it’s completely dishwasher safe too.
Performance
Even heat distribution means your bakes will cook to perfection and the generous handles with sure-grip silicone inserts make getting it in and out of the oven a doddle. Oven safe up to 240°C, it will give many years of service.
No rolled edges
The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of our bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust – making them completely dishwasher safe.

Bought two of these to replace the cheaper supermarket ones that I’ve purchased in the past These are so superior that I just wish I’d bought them years ago and not been so certain it was better to buy cheaper and replace when they warped and scratched! Word of warning though….the non stick is so good you could easily tip your biscuits etc onto the floor taking them out of the oven!
This our second one of these, the first was bought several years ago and still has an excellent non stick surface.
I purchased this baking sheet to replace a branded sheet I'd had for around 15 years. After only a couple of uses the sheet began to warp, and small bits of the non stick coating were coming off. I thought perhaps I'd somehow chipped it accidentally, however after another month or two lots more small areas of the coating have come off, despite being always handwashed and mainly used with baking paper on it. Really disappointing and won't be buying again.

Probably my fault for not reading description properly, but there are no edges on this product. It means that I cannot use it for my intended purpose (cooking oven chips or using as a base when baking quiche etc) as things will slide off. The non stick qualities are excellent, though!

The baking sheet is an every-day item in my kitchen and I highly recommend it if quality and durability is what you are looking for. Baked goods simply slide off the tray. It is not too expensive and ever so easy to keep clean. It is without doubt, the best baking sheet I have ever owned.
