Our baking sheet will come in handy for all sorts: cookies, pizza, scones and meringue – and everything will glide off easily from this exceptionally non-stick sheet.

Quality

Thicker than many baking sheets you can buy, this one is made from 1mm thick carbon steel and has two layers of Quantum 2 professional non-stick to ensure easy release and clean-up. And because there are no rolled or uncoated edges where water can get trapped, it’s completely dishwasher safe too.

Performance

Even heat distribution means your bakes will cook to perfection and the generous handles with sure-grip silicone inserts make getting it in and out of the oven a doddle. Oven safe up to 240°C, it will give many years of service.

No rolled edges

The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of our bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust – making them completely dishwasher safe.
