Quality
This premium quality tin has been given a double layer of Quantum 2 professional non-stick so your brownies will release easily, leaving not a crumb behind. And because there are no rolled, uncoated edges for food and water to get trapped in, it won’t rust and is completely dishwasher safe.
Performance
Perfect for all your 10” x 8” brownie recipes, it’s oven safe up to 240°C and has generous handles with sure-grip silicone inserts which make it easy to lift in and out of the oven. And portion guides at each end and straight sides make it simple to divide it up evenly.
No rolled edges
The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of our bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust – making them completely dishwasher safe.
