What does a Springform Cake Tin do that a ‘normal’ cake tin can’t? Well, the clip on the side makes it so much easier to remove your cake without damaging it – you just unfasten the clip and the tin springs open, coming away from the sides of your bake so you can lift it away, leaving your cake perched on the loose base. This makes any springform tin the perfect answer to sticky situations like cheesecakes, rich fruit cakes and delicate layered bakes, and this Mini Springform Tin ideal when you want smaller versions of celebration cakes, or for gifting.

If your family’s on the smaller side or doesn’t contain many fans of fruit cake, there’s no point making a deliciously sticky, fruit-packed Christmas cake and then leaving most of it languishing in a tin in the cupboard. Attractive, easy-release non-stick coating

Made from carbon steel for an even bake, this tin is finished with a double layer of XYNFLON Diamond Blue non-stick coating to help your bakes release easily without leaving lots of stuck-on bits behind. It also has a lovely blue ‘sparkle’ effect under the light – which doesn’t have any particular benefit, but does mean this will be one of the prettiest tins in your baking cupboard!
