"good solid filleting knife" star star star star star a previous reviewer correctly commented that the filleting knife is not flexible, but as an angler and past fishmonger i have found that a solid blade is better, most commercial fishman/filleters prefer a solid blade as its far more accurate and easier to control giving a more professional job, a flexible blade is really not required, all the flexibility needed comes from the user. this is an excellent knife at a very very good price, it also holds a really good edge for a long time. would certainly buy again
"All rounder" star star star star star Labelled as a filliting knife, however it does the lot. A heavy, quality product that does most tasks well. I have a Norwegian filliting knife that has a more flexible blade for finer work but is no use for tougher jobs. This knife has it in spades.
"Amazing!" star star star star star To quote Crocodile Dundee "That's not a knife, THIS is a knife"! Very sharp, solid & heavy but well-balanced. Cuts through anything - I have used for such things as venison necks (probably not what it's designed for but it made light work of the job). I actually bought several different knives from the same range at the same time, and realised that my old set of knives, which I always thought were fine, were actually ancient & blunt! I would recommend this range to anyone.
"The Tool for the Job ..." star star star star star This is a very fine knife and lives up to the description on the website. The shape is excellent, the weight is good and well-balanced for efficient use. The blade is beautifully sharp. A very good buy.
"Best knife in my drawer!" star star star star star Well balanced, sharp, cuts very easily. Its well made and has a good weight. I love it.
