For sometime I had been putting up with my kitchen knives, but got so frustrated I decided to invest in some new knives, I looked up Lakeland on line, and found some knives that were dishwasher proof, and put in my order. They arrived very quickly so I put them in the knife rack, When I first used the Cook's knife I realised that this was a wonderful knife, as it cut through meat so easily. Best choice I could have made!

This range of knives has great weighting and are really easy to use. Unfortunately this one it chipped halfway along the blade, only noticed after using it, so I don’t know if it came like that or if it was just a little fault in the steel at that point. It’s generally not a problem, still cuts most things well but does make it difficult to clean.
