Our flagship store holds the latest retail technology to offer you the very best shopping experience. At the centre of the 12,200 sq. ft. store, lies a state of the art kitchen where you can watch product demonstrations and get ‘hands on’ with the newest and most innovative products on the market.
Our store is light, bright, and home to thousands of can't-live-without kitchen products as well as solutions for all around the home, seasonal essentials and gifts. In store there's a staggering number of products waiting to be discovered, including: over 1,500 pieces of bakeware, enough kitchen foil and clingfilm to stretch all the way around Lake Windermere and enough Clean Shower to bring a sparkling shine to the shower in every single holiday property in the Lake District!
Our First Floor Café is the perfect spot to take a break from shopping. Open and airy, it’s a lovely spot to take in panoramic views of the Lakeland Fells while you relax over coffee and cake or tuck into a delicious lunch
We're right next to Windermere train/bus station, which is handy for those of you who prefer to use public transport – after all, it’s a brilliant way to enjoy the views without having to worry about parking.
The 'customer info point' (located next to the stairs) is the font of all Lakeland knowledge: here you can find out about product availability and instantly locate the items on your shopping list. If the 'First Floor' Cafés busy you don't have to queue - we'll give you a pager which buzzes to let you know when your table is free, so you can relax and browse while you wait. For those of you who can't be away from the web for too long, we have free wi-fi, which means you can surf to your heart's content - no charge and no time limit!
We have a large car park with plenty of spaces where you can park for free, however please be aware that this can fill up very quickly, especially during the holidays! More than a car-full? If you are a planning a group visit to the store, the good news is that we can fit mini-buses into the carpark, and can now take bookings for coach parties visiting the English Lake District on Saturdays and Sundays, find out more here.
