About the Lakeland Gates store
The store is situated within the grounds of Gates garden centre, which was established in 1948 by Fred and Ivy Gates and was originally created within the walls of a large Victorian kitchen garden belonging to Cold Overton Hall. It is located in the idyllic rural village of Cold Overton. You'll find loads of can't-live-without kitchen products - from baking tins, foil and clingfilm to coffee machines and stand mixers to suit every kind of household - as well as solutions for all around the home, seasonal essentials and gifts.

How to find us & parking
We are located in the grounds of Gates Garden Centre, Cold Overton. You can find us just to the west of the A606, 4 miles from Oakham, 8 miles from Melton Mowbray and 17 miles from Leicester. From the A606 please follow the brown tourism signs from the village of Langham. There is free parking onsite and we can always help you to your car with larger items.
