Smoked Salmon with Lemon & Capers

Ingredients

  • 500g smoked salmon cut into slices
  • 2 tbsp capers drained and rinsed
  • lemon one half juiced, the other cut into slices
  • chopped chives  to garnish
  • freshly ground black pepper 

Method

  1. Divide the salmon onto four plates, scatter over the capers, squeeze over some lemon juice, sprinkle with chives and season with black pepper. Serve with a lemon wedge.
