Smoked Salmon with Lemon & Capers

Ingredients
- 500g smoked salmon cut into slices
- 2 tbsp capers drained and rinsed
- 1 lemon one half juiced, the other cut into slices
- chopped chives to garnish
- freshly ground black pepper
Method

Divide the salmon onto four plates, scatter over the capers, squeeze over some lemon juice, sprinkle with chives and season with black pepper. Serve with a lemon wedge.
