EasiYo Overnight Oats

If you’ve already discovered the joys of EasiYo yoghurt making, then here’s a great serving idea that, with just a little bit of prep the evening before, will reward you with a hearty, filling breakfast that’ll really set you up for the day.
Ingredients
- 180g of any grainy cereal or muesli
- 480ml water
- 250g EasiYo Vanilla yogurt
- 1 pear grated
Top tip!
Try different EasiYo flavours to get your personal favourite. Swap pear for other fruits like apples, crushed berries or mashed banana. Top with chopped dates and swirl with maple syrup. Make this up in a large jar to save space in the fridge.
Method

Combine 180g of cereal/muesli with the water and soak overnight in the fridge.

The next morning, drain off any excess moisture and stir through the yogurt and pear.

Spoon into a serving bowl and top with extra yogurt and pear.
