Follow our simple air fryer bacon and Brussels sprouts recipe. The perfect side dish to accompany your Christmas dinner in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 12oz bacon cut into small pieces
- 1lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved or quartered
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Method

Trim and cut the Brussels sprouts into halves or quarters, making sure that the pieces are even in size.

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C

Toss the Brussels sprouts in the butter garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl until evenly coated

Cut the bacon into small pieces mix into the bowl.

Place the bacon in the air fryer basket, creating a flat layer.

Air fry for 5-8 minutes tossing half way

Once the bacon is lightly browned and crispy, remove from the air fryer and set aside

Add in the Brussels sprouts mix and cook for 10 minutes and tossing halfway (the sprouts should be soft but tender, if bigger sprouts, cook a little longer)

Then add the bacon & mix together Cook for 5 minutes then remove from the air fryer
