If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within the expected delivery time period, please contact us.
When you place an eligible order, you will be offered the Click & Collect service at the checkout.
Available from most Lakeland stores in the UK, we will suggest your nearest store(s), or you can select an alternative if you prefer, and deliver your order to your chosen store ready for you to collect.
We will give you an estimated collection date and keep you informed of progress by email before letting you know when your order is available in store.
We will keep your order in store for 4 days, if you're unable to collect it within this time frame please contact the store.
When collecting your order, please remember to bring your order number, payment card used, and a form of ID.
As we are unable to split orders between Click & Collect and Home Delivery, only complete orders where all items are eligible for the service can be delivered to store for collection.
For added convenience, we can now deliver your order to your local MyHermes ParcelShop. To take advantage of this, simply select the 'ParcelShop' option on the 'your basket' page.
Orders despatched to myHermes ParcelShop locations should arrive at your chosen ParcelShop within 3-5 working days after despatch.
If you have chosen to provide us with a mobile telephone number and that number is listed in the 'mobile' field then you should receive an SMS text message from Hermes once your shopping has arrived at your chosen ParcelShop. Where a mobile telephone number has not been listed in the 'mobile' field, your order despatch email will include a link you can use to track your parcels progress.
When collecting your order from the ParcelShop – please remember to take along one of the following forms of ID:
ParcelShop will hold your parcel for ten days from the date it arrives at your chosen ParcelShop - if you do not collect your order within ten days, it will be returned to us. Upon receipt of your parcel we will either issue you with a refund or contact you to discuss whether you would like the parcel to be despatched again.
If you are in any doubt about your ParcelShops opening times etc, we highly recommend you contact them prior to making a special journey to collect your shopping.
Delivery time: We're unable to specify a time for overnight deliveries, delivery will take place anytime up to 9pm.
Not all areas can receive overnight delivery, we will show you the delivery services available in your area during checkout once you have entered your delivery address details.

We only currently accept online payment from cards issued by UK banks. Please contact us if you'd like to place an order but have a card issued by a non-UK bank.
