Long gone are the times when washday was only on a Monday – our laundry baskets always seems to be full to overflowing. Easy to store
Easy storage isn’t something we often associate with laundry hampers. In fact, quite the opposite – we often think of big, bulky baskets that are hard to hide discreetly in the corner of the room. But times have changed. From folding laundry baskets and collapsible washing baskets that fit down the side of your washing machine, to quilted totes and stylish corner-shaped hampers that slot nicely into the corner of the room, you no longer need to worry about them spoiling the décor by being a total eyesore.
Comfort is everything
All that bending down to fill the basket and lugging it up and down the stairs, walking from washing machine to ironing board to bedroom and back again… it’s enough to make anyone need a lie down. But there are plenty of great ways to avoid the aches and pains that come after a long laundry session.
Freshly washed socks seem to have a life of their own, hopping out of the washing machine and straight onto the floor, however carefully you try to load the basket.
