DermaGuard Moisturising Barrier Hand Cream 250ml

From regular hand washing to hardworking gardening, my hands were showing signs of everyday stress. Dermaguard moisturiser is brilliant though, may hands immediately revived with the protection lasting a couple of hours or more. With a good size container and unglamorous packaging it seems good value - paying for the product rather than the brand. I've bought some for my mother and daughter, they're now fans of Dermaguard too!

I had some of this product years ago, and when I saw it I knew it would be perfect to protect against the results of frequent hand-washing during the current pandemic. My neighbour returned from her first Covid-19 ICU shift with really sore arms from scrubbing with chlorhexidine, and so I donated it to the NHS effort! She was obviously in much greater need, and would not be able to continue working if her skin continued to develop such problems. She now uses it twice a shift, and her skin is perfectly intact. It isn’t hugely moisturising to start with, but its barrier function is brilliant.

Tried this product and was so impressed I ordered some for my two daughters. Certainly saved my hands during lockdown and all that cleaning !!

Since I purchased my first one from Lakeland, many years ago, I have stop buying other makes. I have a dog & a large garden, both of which means I regularly need to wash my hands. This is the only product which is easy to use, absorbs nicely, is not sticky & does what it claims to do ! Moisturises & protects. Excellant.

Great item, Just what you need at the moment with having to sanitise hands so much.
