This is a Christmas treat that is just for grown-ups: six boozy, rum-flavoured, caramel filled chocolate truffles that can be melted in hot milk to make a delicious and comforting pick-me-up during the holidays.

"Rum Caramel Hot Chocolate Drops"

These rum hot chocolate drops were a lovely surprise! They dissolved really easily in hot milk, which made them super convenient to use. I used two drops for my preferred strength, and the result was a smooth, rich chocolate drink with just a subtle hint of rum, not overpowering, but enough to give it that extra warmth and depth. Perfect for a cozy evening treat! J Hall

"I use two Drops."

I prefer a strong hot chocolate. Using one Rum Caramel Hot Chocolate Drop in 250ml of warmed milk was a little weak for me. Using two Drops was much tastier.
