Lakeland Winter Berry Garland

This garland was well packaged when delivered but I could hear loose material rolling around in the box. Several of the berries had fallen off in transit and I wondered if this would continue in use. The garland itself is quite substantial and relatively heavy. It has been constructed well and has large wired loops at each end for hanging. I did hang it from a curtain pole to test but the weight made it rotate to face downwards - it would need to be against a flat wall or secured to a bannister. It would also be suitable for a table or mantelpiece. The berries are bright, shiny and plentiful.

There were a few damaged berries (polystyrene balls) on unwrapping (broken ones being very white on the garland) and it did drop quite a few as I moved it which was disappointing. The berries are lovely shades of red so it does pop with colour and it is well covered with stems. It is quite stiff so doesn't drape and I found it quite hard to arrange so feel it looks best where it can be laid relatively straight and flat - either along a table or on a mantlepiece.
