An innovative lateral rolling flame and revolutionary burner replicate the flame of traditional wood-fired ovens to distribute an even and consistent heat for authentic Italian pizzas every time. The Gozney Arc XL cooks large 16-inch pizzas, as opposed to the 14-inch pizzas the regular Gozney Arc can cook.
