This sleek cool touch exterior houses impressive, tried and tested hardware, a 33cm cordierite pizza stone/heat deflector and a water container. All of these amazing features can be carefully monitored and controlled by the digital control system with a touch screen, LED display showing both oven and food temperatures.

• Low and slow / Smoking (120°C to 145°C) – For smoked meats and brisket
• Convection / Roasting (150°C to 180°C) – For turkey, chicken, roasts and baking
• Open / Direct grilling (Surface temperature of 320°C) – For seared meats, steak and seafood
• Pizza / High heat baking (200°C to 400°C) – For pizza and bread

Have complete control

The key to cooking great food outdoors is precision. Every detail has been carefully thought through when creating this model. The touch glass control panel and LED display allow you to monitor the temperature of the air and food via the ambient and integrated probes.

There are 2 discreet probes in the hood and 4 internal removable probes, all of the data from these precise probes can be viewed on your phone app via Bluetooth so you don't have to disturb the process! The app is also filled with useful information, advice and recipes so you can truly get the most out of your barbecue.

Fast flame ignition and superior airflow

The Fast Flame Ignition electrically ignites the charcoal by the press of a button, lighting up the charcoal in as little as 10 minutes. The unrivalled airflow system makes adjusting the heat a super simple process as both the top and bottom vents are precisely numbered so you can have complete control, plus the electric oven mode is great for more conventional convection cooking.
