Quick to cook

The Ooni Karu 2 reaches cooking temperatures in as little as 15 minutes, has a top temperature of 500°C, and cooks 12” pizzas in just 60 seconds. Fill the Karu 2's extra-large fuel tray with wood or charcoal for a traditional wood-fired experience, or attach a gas burner (sold separately) for easy propane-fuelled baking.

This oven is perfect for beginners and experienced pizza-makers alike, and is ultra-portable, so you can enjoy the freedom to cook amazing pizza year-round in your garden or on your next outdoor adventure.

There’s also a cover available to buy separately, that can double as a carry bag.

Not just for pizza

Although it's called a Pizza Oven, this is far from being a one-trick-wonder. We already know the Ooni product range cooks the best wood-fired pizzas - that's a given - but did you know you can also use it to cook everything from chicken thighs and salmon steaks to curries, calzones and cayenne-spiced shrimp? Talk about a versatile garden oven! There are plenty of other ways to use this adaptable outdoor oven, too. Ooni even make cast iron plates and pans so you can really get the most out of your oven. Pellets cannot be used with Karu pizza ovens.

About Ooni
