Made to match the smart stainless steel body of the Ooni Karu Outdoor Pizza Oven, this Gas Burner Attachment is simple to attach to the back of the main unit so you can cook with gas if you prefer a ‘clean’ blue flame rather than the smoky wood-fired version.
Twin gas burners provide your heat source, with an instant-on piezo ignition switch and a simple adjustable dial to increase or decrease the flame, letting you cook at temperatures up to a scorching 500°C. Just like a gas cooker, you can control the heat and forget about the need to stoke a firebox – and, of course, there’s no grate to clean when everything’s cooled down and the guests have gone home.

This gas burner is designed for the Ooni Karu 12, Karu 12G and Karu 2 pizza oven.
Please Note: the Ooni Gas Burner was designed, tested and approved for use with the Ooni Karu Pizza Oven. While it physically fits some of our previous models, we have not tested this extensively and therefore cannot guarantee or provide a warranty for using this product with ovens other than the Karu.
About Ooni
Fun, sociable and easy to use, Ooni was invented by a passionate outdoor cook, Kristian Tapaninaho, who couldn’t find an affordable wood-fired pizza oven anywhere. It had to be a premium, wood-fired oven that didn’t cost the earth, wasn’t too big and that could get you cooking in a short amount of time. There’s even a specially-made, protective cover available that doubles as a carrier to transport your Ooni oven to whatever scenic eating spot takes your fancy.
