Whether you bake your own, buy artisan bread from a local bakery or enjoy a ready-to-toast sliced loaf, it can be tricky to find a home for fresh bread that doesn’t involve having a bulky bread bin taking up space on your countertop. This bespoke bread bag provides a custom-made place to store bread, so you don’t have to wrap and rewrap it in paper or plastic bags to try and keep it fresh.

Just pop your loaf, buns or bagels into the bread bag, make sure the drawstring’s pulled tight, and then store it wherever’s most convenient – in a kitchen cupboard, within easy reach of the toaster, out of the way in the pantry until you want it – you can even hang it up by its drawstring if you need to free up space.

In a neutral colourway with attractive line-drawn artisan loaves, the top is double-stitched to give it extra strength when you’re sliding the drawstring. The polycotton fabric outer is soft so there’s no problem fitting small baguettes, a plaited loaf, focaccia, ciabatta buns or bagels inside, while the polythene liner helps to keep any crumbs safely contained and protects the outer bag from any extra-crusty edges.
