About Reusable Bags
Packed full of handy features, each bag has a grip-and-pull tab to make it easy to open, a locking press-seal to keep food fresh, a gusseted base to fit plenty of food inside (and so it stands up for easy filling), and reinforced seams to make it durable. Each bag also has a name box where the contents and date can be written, so you know exactly what’s inside and how long it’s been there, helping you to prevent food waste.
These reusable bags are free from BPA, PVC, latex and phthalates, and are a great environmentally-friendly alternative to single-use bags. They’re ideal for freezing and storing leftovers, for marinating foods, and for packing lunch for work or school, and are washable too – either by hand in soapy water or in the dishwasher. When they reach the end of their lives, they can also be recycled.

I can't rate these wonderful bags highly enough. They are absolutely fantastic. So handy. I love that they are reusable. And i love that they have a gusset at the bottom so they stand up. I can use them for soup. I think they are really good quality and everyone should have these instead of single use bags which get thrown in the bin..
I have a selection of these bags. Storage of raw meat in freezer I use to pack meat for the freezer, in quantities right for us, using our local butcher. Storage of cooked food. I batch cook and whilst these were an investment to start with they have proved well worth it. The seals are easy to use and secure. Once filled and labeled I can shape the packs to get the most into the storage space available. Cleaning With no dishwasher I wash up by hand so a tip with food, eg a bolognaise sauce that might remain in the fold. Wipe firmly into the fold with a little bit of bread, then wash up.
I have found these very useful, perfect size for freezing two large chicken breasts and the fact that they are easy to wash and dry thoroughly makes them ideal. They seal well and the gusset makes it easy to stand them up while placing food into them.
Invaluable for Picnics, walkres, school lunches .. wouldn't be without.
Compared to the silicone and ziplock bags I have been buying until I came across these ones just under a month ago, we are finding Russbe reusable bags to be durable and easy to store, use and clean. It sounds obvious, but after washing leave the bags upside down on the drying rack and let them drip-dry. You absolutely can wash off whatever you write on, easily in my opinion. I have been using biro for these, but sharpie comes off of the takeaway tubs I use with a bit of oomph. I also bought the snack size ones - very happy with my purchase so far.
