"Madeline pan" star star star_border star_border star_border Unfortunately the silicone tray leaves your madeleines miss shaped. As the base of the tray where the Madeline sit is very soft , when it is placed on the oven shelves it collapses leaving the beautiful shape distorted or flat as has been squashed. Cooking times need to be adjusted as it doesn’t cook at the same speed. However the do pop out easily, be careful as you may loose a few on the floor when you take it out of the oven. We would suggest putting the silicone mould onto a baking tray before it goes into the oven so that they don’t lose any when they take them out of the oven. This may also help them hold their shape.
