A boon for busy cooks and hungry teens, the Mini Supoon is a sit-up scraping and cooking spoon that doubles as an accurate 5ml measuring spoon. Invented in Australia by the Dreamfarm, it’s a truly multi-talented piece of kitchen kit – so much more than ‘just’ a teaspoon. With eight colours to choose from.
Built-in Spoon Rest – The bend in the handle lifts the bowl of the spoon off your worktop to keep surfaces hygienically clean, or it can be hooked over the rim of a jar or bowl and it won’t slide away.
Flexible Edges – Strongly made, the silicone bowl of the spoon has flexible edges and a flat tip, specially designed for cleaning out jars and mixing bowls. Originating down under, it’s been tested on Vegemite jars, so you can rest assured that not a scrap of your favourite breakfast spread will be left behind.
Long and Narrow – The narrow profile of the spoon fits into spice jars and, as it’s long-handled, it can get right to the bottom of big jars so the last bits won’t be wasted – you’ll never be beaten by a sticky mayonnaise jar again.
Accurate Measure – Ideal for cooking and baking when you’re following a recipe, or for portion control of condiments, the Mini Supoon is a standard 5ml teaspoon measure.
Non-Stick Friendly – Because it’s made from silicone, it’s heat-resistant up to 260°C and won’t scratch your non-stick pans if you’re stirring an ingredient into a sauce.
BPA-free.

My fault, I should have asked if it would fit in the openings of mayo and ketchup squeezy bottles. It doesn't fit so I'm back to Square One looking for something small enough to fit in the squeezy bottles by Heinz and Hellman's. It does fit in Nando's squeezy bottles, so that is something. When I can find a bottle in which it will fit, it is okay.
It certainly lives up to its name. It is quite sturdy for its small size, and scrapes right into the edges with no fuss. The way it doesn't need a spoon rest is a bonus
We just love our Mini Supoon - so much so that I have since bought another four as gifts for family and friends! It gets a good two extra servings of honey out of the jar, and even more with the Marmite! Ours has been through the dishwasher after every use and is looking as immaculate as the day it arrived. I guess the only downside I can think of is that there is no facility to state a colour preference when placing an online order, but they all look lovely so don't worry about that!
Great little spoon - if I'm taking a yoghurt in a packed lunch, or any meal in a plastic lunchbox where it's hard to get into the corners, I use this. I get all the tasty food, and my lunchbox is easier to clean later! The design is brilliant - the sit-up shape makes all the difference.
I saw this in store and bought the pink version. It is such a very useful spoon for scraping out jars and small bowls. I was attracted by the bright colours in store and now I find that the colour means it is easy to spot in a very busy drawer! Would recommend and will be buying for relatives.
