Designed to fit on the base of the salad box in your fridge, this porous, textured polyester mat allows air to circulate freely, providing the ideal storage conditions for your fruit and veg, keeping things cool so there’s less chance of ‘sweating’ which can cause premature rotting or mould. It won’t affect the taste or smell of your fresh food, so it can be used equally well with salad leaves, carrots or delicate berries.
