Love this pastry blender. Bought specifically as it has a plastic handle which is sturdy and easier to grip than the stainless smooth one I have. Makes lovely scones too so I use it for any flour and butter/margarine blending, not just pastry. Would definitely recommend. (The product listing states nonstick safe which I don’t think it would be.)

A simple device that really helps to blend pastry without getting flour everywhere - hands, sleeves, face! Works really well and I’m pleased with my purchase.
