World Champion Pastry Chef Iginio Massari needed a tool like this so much that he had to invent it. Like all products in his “La Pasticceria di Precisione” (precision confectionery) range, this squeezy bottle with 3 interchangeable nozzles for drenching and decorating comes from a combination of his passion for beautiful baking, expert technique and Italian design, but you don’t have to be a prize-winning chef to use it.

The super-flexible plastic bottle is easy to grip and squeeze and, with the perforated drenching nozzle attached, is fabulous for drizzling sponges and fruit cakes evenly. If you attach one of the narrow silicone piping nozzles, you can pipe a double or a single line of cream, coulis or chocolate perfectly smoothly. All you need now is inspiration and a steady hand!
