Our easy-to-use Mint Choc Chip Ice Cream Mix lets you enjoy making and eating deliciously creamy home-made Italian-style ice cream – using only an electric whisk, a bowl and your freezer.
Home-made ice cream – without an ice cream maker
Just put the dry mix in a bowl, add milk and cream, whisk together and then freeze. After 3 hours you’ll have a deliciously cool and creamy treat studded with mini chocolate chips, ready to spoon into bowls or waffle cones, or use in lovely ice cream desserts.

Wow what a find hubby bought me a ninja ice creami machine and I tried everything to get a decent tasting ice cream to no avail, that was until I saw this in my local Lakeland and thought I would give it a try and boy did I do the right thing, so easy to make instructions and ingredients clear and concise, when finally got to taste it was blown away it is creamy and so tasty. This packet mix will easily make 8 portions (1 scoop) or 4 large. Been and bought 2 mint choc chip, 2 salted caramel and 2 chocolate today. Thank you Lakeland you have made our day and great value at 3.19

Love this product. It’s so easy to prepare. Simply add to lightly whipped cream and milk. I freeze it in portion size containers so that I only need to take out what I need.
