AnySharp Knife Sharpener

I was dubious that this would hold well on our slightly textured work surface but it holds extremely fast and releases really easily too. I couldn’t believe how effortless it was to sharpen my knives. I previously had a handheld knife sharpener that felt unsafe to use, which made me put off sharpening knives, but it’s so easy with the AnySharp that I no longer dread it.

Compact knife sharpener, easy to use, sharpens well, easy to store

This left our knives sharper than they had been for a long time, and is really quick and easy to use. Need to ensure that the surface you are using is really flat, in order to get the suction fastener to lock onto it, but that then works too. The sharpener is surprisingly small, so fits away easily in a kitchen drawer.

Love this. It does exactly what is needed. Sharpens knives effectively, quickly with little fuss. I only have to keep my whet stone for one coated knife. I would definitely recommend this.

Sticks to all surfaces firmly but is also easy to release. Does a nice job of sharpening my kitchen knives.
