There’s no need to waste time watching over pans to make perfect home-made jams, jellies and chutneys when you have Ball’s dedicated Jam & Jelly Maker to do the hard work for you. So much quicker than doing everything by hand, it allows you to produce consistent results every time, making fresh jam or jelly in as little as 21 minutes – once cooled a little, it’ll be ready to spread on scones, toast, crusty bread or whatever takes your fancy.
Automatic Stirring and Temperature Control
This jam maker uses Smart Stir technology, so you don’t have to stand over a hot cooker as you stir a simmering pan. It also automatically controls the temperature of the ingredients, guaranteeing you perfect results every time.
Simple to Use
This jam machine couldn’t be easier to use. Just add your prepared ingredients, press the jam or jelly button, wait a few minutes for the beep that tells you it’s time to add sugar, then leave the machine to it. Before you know it, you’ll have your first of many batches of delicious home-made jam.

Love using my jam maker. Does exactly as it states. Once fruit prepares the machine does it all. No more stirring and testing for setting point. Success assured every time as long as you follow the recipes correctly. Easy to clean too which is a huge bonus
I've been making jam for 50 years and am amazed at how easy this is to use. No more standing over a pan stirring. Obviously it only makes smaller quantities but it only takes 30 mins to cool down and off you go again. I definitely recommend this gadget.
This is the best investment in kitchen tech I have ever made after failing for many years to make successful jam the traditional way. I keep the jam in a box in a dark cool wardrobe and it is absolutely fine even after a year. I haven’t needed to do the water preserving or freezing but I do keep the jam in the fridge once it is opened. I can thoroughly recommend this product.
I used my jam maker for the first time yesterday. It was so easy to use and the blackcurrant jam I made is lovely. My only concern is that I read that to store my jam for any length of time I am going to have to put it in a hot water bath or freeze it (not enough space). Does this method of jam making mean I can’t store it in a cupboard for more than 3 weeks?
I had never made jam before I bought this gadget. The instructions were explicit, and I am pleased with the jam I made. The instruction book has easy to follow recipes. It makes small amounts which suits me.
