You can’t have roast beef without Yorkshire pudding, and our superb quality non-stick tin makes four fluffy on the inside, crisp on the outside beauties.
Quality
Made from 1mm thick heavy-duty carbon steel, it has two layers of Quantum 2 professional non-stick, is oven safe up to 240°C and there are no rolled edges where water can get trapped.
Performance
Offers excellent heat distribution for even cooking and the large handles with sure-grip silicone inserts mean getting it in and out of the oven will be easy.
No rolled edges
The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of our bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust.

Bought this with the Lakeland 6 deep hole Yorkshire tray, impressed with both. This tray was more shallow so Yorkshire puddings were not quite as deep but made larger Yorkshire’s which was the reason for buying this tray and didn’t stick in either tins. Good quality trays.
I've never used this type of tray for Yorkshires before. Now, I've realised what I've been missing. A game changer!
