Ideal for baking a dozen perfectly shaped sweet loaf cakes or savoury terrines, the non-stick loose bases on this mini loaf tin ensure you can get them out easily.
Superb quality, our loaf tin is made from carbon steel that’s 1mm thick, and has two layers of Quantum 2 professional non-stick and loose bases so your bakes are easy to release. It’s completely dishwasher safe too, as there are no rolled or uncoated edges where water can get trapped.
Offering even heat distribution, it’s oven safe up to 240°C. To help you achieve perfect results, it has handy fill lines so you know exactly how much mix to add to achieve evenly sized bakes, just press down the ingredients to ensure perfect individual treats.
No rolled edges
The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of our bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust – making them completely dishwasher safe.
