This superb quality roasting tin will not only cook your Sunday joint to perfection – and the vegetables to go with it – but also offers even cooking, superior food release and can go in the dishwasher for easy clean-up.
Quality
Made from heavy-duty 1mm carbon steel, it’s thicker than most other roasters. A double layer of Quantum 2 professional non-stick means whatever you’re cooking will be released easily and with no rolled, uncoated edges, there’s nowhere for food or water to get trapped.
Performance
Oven safe up to 240°C, it has a textured base so that air can circulate around your food to ensure even, crisp cooking, and the handy corner ‘nose’ is perfect for pouring away excess fat or collecting the juices to form the base of a delicious gravy. Sure-grip handles with silicone inserts make it easy to get in and out of the oven, and if you have more than one, they can be stacked for space-saving storage.
Please note: not suitable for use on the hob.
No rolled edges
The rolled edges found on most bakeware introduce a difficult-to-dry space underneath the rim, and the edges themselves can be difficult to coat. We decided to leave the edges of our bakeware unrolled, removing the risk of water traps and uncoated carbon steel edges that might rust.

I've bought this to use at Christmas, so haven't tried it yet, but just looking at it, it feels as though it is good quality and I shall look forward to using it.
We had a problem with the Non stick delaminating after only a few months, but Lakeland replaced it no questions asked very quickly. So overall very happy.
A really good idea to enable pouring fat from your cooked joint without tipping it everywhere! Sturdy tin.

I’m so pleased with this roasting tin. It’s a perfect size and I’m even more impressed with the pouring spout at one end. It makes life so much easier to be able to pour out the fat from a Sunday roast ! Would highly recommend. I love Lakeland products!!
