About Ooni

"Well worth it - makes all the difference"

First time I've bought a proper 'full on' pizza peel - and I so wish I'd done so before. No more faffing with a flat baking tray - so much smoother and easier. Just use plenty of flour to stop your margarita or whatever from sticking. As always with Ooni it is excellent quality. Other that that, it's a pizza peel - what's more to say? I'm happy.

Together with the Ooni thermometer, this is what we have felt is an essential piece of the kit. We’ve tried other peels but this has been by far the best.
