Combining oak-aged balsamic vinegar with extra-virgin olive oil and a blend of spices, this flavoursome dressing will lift a crisp green salad or insalata caprese (tomato and mozzarella), add an extra dimension to sauces, and make you realise what you’ve been missing when you drizzle it over your pasta dishes. A ripe avocado will thank you for a dash, and it also makes a splendid dip for hunks of crusty bread.

Made in small batches and tended by hand, it’s gluten-free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
