Sweet and creamy with just a hint of salt, our Salted Caramel Ice Cream Mix is simply delicious and so simple to make. And you don’t need an ice cream maker or any other expensive specialist equipment to make 12 gorgeous scoops of the stuff – just an electric hand mixer, a bowl and a freezer.
Home-made ice cream – without an ice cream maker
Put the dry mix in a bowl, add milk and cream, whisk together and then freeze. In as little as 3 hours you’ll have a deliciously cool and creamy treat, ready to spoon into bowls or waffle cones, or use in lovely ice cream desserts.

I made this with children who were staying over for a couple of days They enjoyed the experience and the ice cream very much, especially as it is very quick to make From my point of view I will probably add a slightly stronger flavour if I serve it to adults but it is creamy and very easy to make
Another excellent product from Lakeland very easy to make and churn in my ninja creami beautiful taste and so smooth, had the mint chic chip that is excellent too, could you possibly put forward to do a vanilla please
I normally make my own ice cream using a machine from scratch, I thought this would make a change so tried it. Awful tasting, sticky, chewy and a waste of money and other ingredients.

I read the reviews before I ordered two sachets of the salted caramel ice cream mix. This was nothing like! Its flavour is indescribable, a strange mixture of cheap toffee & something else, very artificial. On the plus side it was easy to make & a creamy consistency when frozen. I’m disappointed as usually I’ve nothing but praise for Lakeland products.

I was somewhat sceptical about an ice cream mix but how wrong I was! This was so easy to make and tasted delicious. It was actually much nicer than the ice cream made in our machine. Such a shame that the other flavours seem to be unavailable as we'd love to try them all.
