Sweet and creamy with just a hint of salt, our Salted Caramel Ice Cream Mix is simply delicious and so simple to make. And you don’t need an ice cream maker or any other expensive specialist equipment to make 12 gorgeous scoops of the stuff – just an electric hand mixer, a bowl and a freezer.
Home-made ice cream – without an ice cream maker
Put the dry mix in a bowl, add milk and cream, whisk together and then freeze. In as little as 3 hours you’ll have a deliciously cool and creamy treat, ready to spoon into bowls or waffle cones, or use in lovely ice cream desserts.

Another excellent product from Lakeland very easy to make and churn in my ninja creami beautiful taste and so smooth, had the mint chic chip that is excellent too, could you possibly put forward to do a vanilla please
Originally gifted to my teen we were so impressed we have not only bought more but given as gifts too. Very simple to make, tasty Ice cream. We have stored in an airtight container in the freezer.
I was somewhat sceptical about an ice cream mix but how wrong I was! This was so easy to make and tasted delicious. It was actually much nicer than the ice cream made in our machine. Such a shame that the other flavours seem to be unavailable as we'd love to try them all.
First attempt at making ice cream. This is delicious. Smelled lovely when making it and tastes amazing. Will definitely be making this again
I made this with children who were staying over for a couple of days They enjoyed the experience and the ice cream very much, especially as it is very quick to make From my point of view I will probably add a slightly stronger flavour if I serve it to adults but it is creamy and very easy to make
