Lakeland Double Walled Glass Cafetière 6-Cup 600ml

I found this cafetiere not fit for sale unfortunately. It will hardly fill two small mugs with coffee - the 6-cup branding is misleading, whereby the '600ml' capacity is not very visible on the box packaging. When pouring the coffee, it spills EVERYWHERE as you try to pour, no matter what speed you go at, so you not only create a huge mess, but 1/4 of your coffee ends up on the kitchen top. Finally, it doesn't keep the coffee very warm at all. After letting it brew for a few minutes before pressing, it's ready to drink black, never mind if you're adding milk. Would not recommend.

I agree with the previous one-star reviewer - it doesn't keep the coffee particularly hot and no matter how gently you pour, still spills/drips. I think the pouring lip needs redesigning. The '3 cup' description is misleading as you wouldn't use this to make espresso coffee I don't think.

All style over substance. Bought the ‘6 cup’ from local store, but the description is totally misleading, only fills 2 normal size mugs and worse, it spills the coffee however carefully it is filled and poured. The product is unfit for purpose

I am taking this back cafetière tomorrow and hope that the store accept the return as I have attempted to use it. The coffee pours down the side and makes a terrible mess no matter how carefully you try to use it. Not fit for purpose. I’d give it zero stars if I could. How disappointing for a product from Lakeland.

Looks nice but coffee ends up anywhere but in the cup when you attempt to pour. For the cost, this is a dreadful disappointment.
