What you get in the set

• 2-piece cocktail shaker – an 800ml stainless steel Boston can and a 470ml Boston glass, which you can use for both shaking or stirring a cocktail.
• 2-ear Hawthorne strainer – with slots and a coil round the edge, it holds back ice and strains out any lumps while you pour out your cocktail (the ‘ears’ stop it slipping inside the shaker).
• Plastic muddler – for ‘cocktail muddling’ (aka mashing) of fruits, herbs and spices to release their flavours.
• Cocktail spoon with masher – use the flat circular end for mashing or muddling, or for layering drinks when pouring liquid down the twisted stem, and the spoon end for mixing and stirring.
• 2 stainless steel freeflow pourers – place inside the neck of bottles of spirits for accurate, spill-free measuring and pouring.
• 25ml/50ml professional jigger – a double-ended, stainless steel measuring cup that lets you add perfectly measured single and double shots to a cocktail recipe.
